Minimum:
Free WebFlow
- 1 GB RAM (normal workflow activity when using it for WebProof proofing production: 20 MB RAM and 0-5% CPU usage; high workflow activity: 50-100 MB RAM and 0-20% CPU). WebFlow consumes 0% CPU when idle.
- CPU: 2 cores
- WebFlow requires a maximum of 100 MB and 50-100 GB of additional space for production files.
- Windows XP, 7, 8 or 10 and Windows Server 2003 R2, 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 or 2019.
Low-to-medium volume:
Platinum version with small peak production, few users, and few InDesign Correction users
- Minimum 4 GB RAM (normal workflow activity when using it for WebProof proofing production: 20 MB RAM and 0-5% CPU usage; high workflow activity: 50-100 MB RAM and 0-20% CPU). WebFlow consumes 0% CPU when idle.
- CPU: Focus on a few high-speed cores at normal production
- WebFlow requires a maximum of 100 MB and 50-100 GB of additional space for other application and production files.
- Minimum of 512 Kbit bandwidth (this is important for end users' InDesign Correction response times)
- Windows 2008 R2 (64 bit), 2012, 2016 or 2019 (note that system requirements to newer InDesign Server versions can be higher than WebFlow minimum requirements).
- InDesign Server up to version 2020.
Medium-to-high volume:
Platinum version with high peak production, many users, and many InDesign Correction users
- Minimum 8 GB RAM (normal workflow activity when using it for WebProof proofing production: 20MB RAM and 0-5% CPU usage; high workflow activity: 50-100 MB RAM and 0-20% CPU). WebFlow consumes 0% CPU when idle.
- CPU: Focus on many high-speed cores
- WebFlow requires a maximum of 100 MB and 100-200 GB additional space for other application and production files.
- Minimum 512 Kbit bandwidth (this is important for end users' InDesign Correction response times)
- Windows 2008 R2 (64 bit), 2012, 2016 or 2019 (note that system requirements to newer InDesign Server versions can be higher than WebFlow minimum requirements).
- InDesign Server up to version 2020.
(The hardware specification measurements for the platinum version are assisted by WebProof.)
