WebProof uses cookies to store your personal settings. You may need to use the Reset Cookie Data function
- if you have switched screen resolutions (e.g., by attaching an external screen to your laptop or vice versa) and the Navigator does not fit correctly in WebProof, or
- if the session produces an error.
To use this function, from the login screen, go to Help (1) / System (2) and select Reset Cookie Data (3).
- Use “Reset Tooltip Cookie Data” (4) if you need the tooltips to appear again.
