Can I draw a box, a line or a figure to illustrate when I comment?

Yes, there are two options for doing this:

1. Use the Box Drawing tool to draw a simple box that will be connected to a Sticky Note. See more here.
2. Use the Enable Draw Lines tool to draw either a line or a figure that will be connected to a Sticky Note. See more here.
