THE ADMINISTRATOR

User_administrator.gif

It is required that an internal administrator be assigned responsibility for the day-to-day WebProof administration, support for internal users, and as a point of contact with WebProof.
WebProof can always assist the administrator with a new setup and can be reached at support@webproof.com for any questions and further support.

NORMAL LEVEL
Most companies want to have a setup that doesn’t require many resources or changes over time. Therefore, it is common practice to have the administrator manage the relevant daily routines, receiving assistance from WebProof when a new setup is required.

System settings:
Follow this guide to:

  • Upload your company logo.
  • Manage disk space, users, and Express users in use.
  • Get a list of sent notifications (including from Express users).
  • Change system date/time and timezone.
  • Change to company notification sender email address.
  • Adjust Express user statuscodes and Navigator Project statuscode order.

HIGH LEVEL
Some companies require many different flows and often make new setups or changes. Therefore, it can be an advantage to manage all aspects of administration internally, including statuscodes, statusflow and custom view.
